Ichijō Uchizane (d. 1305; 一条 内実) was Minister of the Interior of Japan in the apex of his career.
Ichijō Uchizane was born into the Ichijō clan, a branch of the Fujiwara clan, as the son of Ichijō Ietsune. He thus may be called Fujiwara Uchizane in old texts. His son was Ichijō Uchitsune.
He died in the early months of 1305.[DNHS-377]
His tenure as Minister of the Interior lasted from 1302 to 1305; in that title, he was preceded by Takatsukasa Fuyuhira and succeeded by Konoe Iehira.[DNHS-377]
