Ichijō Uchitsune (12 August 1291 - 7 November 1325; 一条 内経) was Chancellor of Japan in the apex of his career.
Ichijō Uchitsune was born into the Ichijō clan, a branch of the Fujiwara clan, as the eldest son of Ichijō Uchizane. He thus may be called Fujiwara Uchitsune in old texts.
His appointment to Chancellor was seen as his family returning to prominence.
His tenure as Minister of the Interior lasted from 1318 to 1319; in that title, he was preceded by Sanjō Kinshige and succeeded by Rokujō Arifusa.
His tenure as Chancellor lasted from 1319 to 1323; in that title, he was preceded by Nijō Michihira and succeeded by Kujō Fusazane.[DNHS-377]
