Kazanin Moronobu

Kazanin Moronobu (花山院 師信; 1281 - 20 November 1321) was Minister of the Interior of Japan in the apex of his career.

Biography

Kazanin Moronobu was born into the Kazanin clan, a branch of the Fujiwara clan, as the son of Kazanin Morotsugu. He thus may be called Fujiwara Moronobu in old texts.

Titles

His tenure as Minister of the Interior lasted from 1319 to 1321; in that title, he was preceded by Nakain Michishige and succeeded by Ōimikado Fuyuuji.
