Koga Michimoto (久我 通基; 1240 - 10 January 1309) was Minister of the Interior of Japan in the apex of his career. He was nicknamed Interior Minister Go-Koga.
Koga Michimoto was born into the Koga clan, a branch of the Minamoto clan, as the son of Koga Michitada. He thus may be called Minamoto Michimoto in old texts. His son was Koga Michio.
He only served as Minister of the Interior for about three months in 1288 before being replaced.
Koga Michimoto is described in The Confessions of Lady Nijō.
His tenure as Minister of the Interior lasted part of 1288; in that title, he was preceded by Konoe Iemoto and succeeded by Takatsukasa Kanetada.[DNHS-377]
