Kujō Moronori (13 June 1273 - 13 July 1320; 九条 師教) was Chancellor of Japan in the apex of his career.
Kujō Moronori was born into the Kujō clan, a branch of the Fujiwara clan, as the son of Kujō Tadanori. He thus may be called Fujiwara Moronori in old texts. His son was Kujō Michinori.
His tenure as Minister of the Interior lasted from 1293 to 1297; in that title, he was preceded by Sanjō Saneshige and succeeded by Tsuchimikado Sadazane.
His tenure as Minister of the Right lasted from 1297 to 1299; in that title, he was preceded by Nijō Kanemoto and succeeded by Saionji Kinhira.
His tenure as Minister of the Left lasted from 1299 to 1306; in that title, he was preceded by Nijō Kanemoto and succeeded by Takatsukasa Fuyuhira.
His tenure as Chancellor lasted from 1305 to 1308; in that title, he was preceded by Nijō Kanemoto and succeeded by himself as Advisor.[DNHS-377]
