Sanjō Kinshige (1284 - 4 February 1324; 三条 公茂) was Minister of the Interior of Japan in the apex of his career.
Sanjō Kinshige was born into the Sanjō clan, a branch of the Fujiwara clan, as the son of Sanjō Saneshige. He thus may be called Fujiwara Kinshige in old texts.
His tenure as Minister of the Interior lasted from 1317 to 1318; in that title, he was preceded by Saionji Kinaki and succeeded by Ichijō Uchitsune.
