Tōin Saneyasu (1269 - 1 September 1327; 洞院 実泰) was Minister of the Left of Japan in the apex of his career.
Tōin Saneyasu was born into the Tōin clan, a branch of the Fujiwara clan, as the son of Tōin Kinmori. He thus may be called Fujiwara Saneyasu in old texts.
His tenure as Minister of the Interior lasted from 1315 to 1316; in that title, he was preceded by Horikawa Tomomori and succeeded by Saionji Kinaki.
His tenure as Minister of the Right lasted from 1316 to 1317; in that title, he was preceded by Konoe Tsunehira and succeeded by Saionji Kinaki.
His tenure as Minister of the Left lasted from 1318 to 1322; in that title, he was preceded by Konoe Tsunehira and succeeded by Kujō Fusazane.
His tenure as Minister of the Left lasted from 1323 to 1324; in that title, he was preceded by Kujō Fusazane and succeeded by Takatsukasa Fuyunori.
